Anode Casting Wheel

It is the casting wheel system required for anode casting after the anode furnace. The molten metal is taken into anode molds and solidified and brought into a form suitable for the electrolysis system.

It can be design for 4-16 anode casting capacity
It can be design wheel or linear
Can pour equal anode with +/- 5 % sensitivity
There is a liquid metal weighing system (optional )
Anodes are taken with automatic robot arm system (optional)
There is an anode cooling system and a cooling tower ( optional)
Mould can be copper or cast-iron ( optional )
